Faulty or Damaged Products

Our games are important to us and we want to ensure you love them as much as we do.

If you receive a copy of one of our games that is:

  • Missing parts
  • Damaged parts
    Or
  • Damaged in transit

Get in touch with us at info@knifedgegames.com and we will do everything we can to help.

We will respond within 48hrs and process requests on a case by case basis. Please make sure you include your order information and photographs of the damage.

Change of mind

We will happily provide a refund due to change of mind as long as:

  • The products being returned are in sealed, unused and re-sellable condition
  • Proof of purchase accompanies the request
  • The request for refund is made within 30 days from the date of delivery
